Well, I've been in Asia for a fair amount of time now, and only 3 more days till I come home! However, even before I went to Asia, I've kind of had a penchant for the FOB style, particularly the girl's hairstyles. Rasysa, a Japanese hair style website, contains TONS of pictures of hairstyles categorized by length (just change the URL for the hair length to access the other length styles) by Japanese stylists and I've spent many an hour just drooling over all the gorgeous hair styles. If only, I bemoan, I could get my hair to curl that gently, or to have such gorgeous bangs without extensions and a barrel of perm chemicals. Not to mention that all the women on the site have freakishly good skin! The style pictured above is the perfect embodiment of what I long for my hair to do: soft curls, the perfect long length with side-swept bangs, and volume at the crown. Surely, this is a high-maintenance cut for a high-maintenance woman.
I always go to Rasysa for inspiration before I go to my hairdresser. Definitely some cute styles! I enjoyed having wavy hair and thick blunt bangs
after my last haircut, but the variety is wearing thin for me. Also, the heaviness of my hair is weighing down on the perm so that the waviness isn't as noticeable anymore.
